Cutting through the noise

Despite a fantastic rooftop view and well-appointed rooms, my stay was marred by consistent service hiccups. Check-in and check-out were frustrating, and the rooftop bar service was painfully slow. Located near a shopping center, it lacks direct beach access, but does offer a decent pool and parking facilities.

The stay was amazing, especially enjoying the rooftop pool and the stunning views of downtown Cancun. I loved the relaxing vibe by the pool and the sun loungers made it easy to kick back. However, it was a bit of a walk to the nearest beach access, but the overall experience was still fantastic! ☀️

Amazing stay, perfect location, friendly service.

The junior suite was fantastic, offering ample space with beautiful views and a comfortable bed. The double bathrooms with dual showerheads were a delightful surprise. The hotel’s rooftop pool and bar provided stunning vistas, and staff across all areas were consistently friendly and helpful. However, breakfast charges were inconsistent, and front desk communication could be improved as I faced disturbances during my supposed restful stay. The downside included the cost of breakfast, a lack of relaxation permanence, and some operational missteps regarding in-room notifications.

We had an amazing time at our room with the sunset view! The staff, especially Carlos and Joe, were super friendly, making every moment special. Our evenings were spent enjoying delicious meals at the nearby Thai restaurant, which had a lovely water view. Perfect for families!

My kids wished there were better beach access and more activities for them to enjoy. A closer beach would have ranked our experience higher.

I truly appreciated the stylish design and spacious common areas at Canopy By Hilton Cancun La Isla. The gentle ramps and wide corridors made it easy for me to navigate the hotel comfortably, even as a senior. The rooftop pool had breathtaking views.

The room was really clean and organized. There were nice touches like towel swans made by the housekeeper, which was cute. The shower was huge and had consistent hot water the whole time. I loved the swing in the room. it was super relaxing to just hang out and look at the beach. Plenty of plugs on both sides of the bed were a plus too!

Great location near the mall.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, which was frustrating. The housekeeping barely cleaned the floors, as we found dirt throughout our stay. I also noticed that the blankets were not changed properly, and they did not smell fresh at all.

Great stay for any traveler

The rooftop pool was amazing, I mean great views, perfect for relaxing after a long day. And you know, the fresh omelets they make in front of you for breakfast? That kinda starts the day right.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, worth it.
